You can schedule lessons when it suits you and use your tickets freely within the valid period. Lessons are one-on-one with a native Japanese teacher and are tailored to your level, goals, and interests. English support is available whenever needed.

Lesson Booking Lessons must be booked in advance through the booking system or by contacting the teacher directly. Please choose your preferred date and time based on availability. โธป Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. โข Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: no charge โข Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows: the lesson will be counted as used Thank you for your understanding. โธป Ticket Plan Policy For ticket-based lessons, one ticket will be used per lesson. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. โธป Monthly Plan Policy Monthly lesson plans are billed on a monthly basis. Unused lessons cannot be carried over to the next month unless otherwise agreed in advance. โธป Lesson Environment Lessons are conducted online via video call.
